Where We Deliver
At the moment, we are delivering only within Kerala. But don’t worry, we’re working hard on expanding our delivery to more locations soon!
Order Processing Time?
• We usually process and dispatch orders in 1 to 2 working days. Sometimes, it might take a little longer if a product is temporarily out of stock.
• Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
When Will I Get My Order?
After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. Keep an eye out for your tracking link!
• If your shipping address or pin code is not covered by our delivery partners, you won’t be able to confirm your order.
• In that case, kindly provide an alternate address that is covered by our delivery network.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a shipment notification with tracking details via WhatsApp or Email. That way, you can easily track your package and know where your order is.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for before finalizing your purchase.
What Happens if I Enter the Wrong Address?If your address is incomplete or incorrect and the package gets returned, you’ll need to cover the re-delivery charges. So, double-check that address at checkout to avoid any issues!
