As a small business, we face challenges when it comes to accepting returns, especially since our products are perishable. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any orders.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Simply email us at sorted@letseatn.com (we aim to respond within 2 business days). To help us quickly process your issue, please include pictures and videos showing the defect. Once verified, we will initiate your refund.

Refund Process:
If your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note: Pushti – The Ingenious Gourmet reserves the right to cancel any order, with or without explanation and we will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under this refunds process if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to unavailability, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to process refunds as soon as possible but cannot guarantee a specific timeline for resolution.
